I plan to restore her, if that's what you mean.

Despite the fact she looks wicked in the photos, and is definitely so up close/in person.........she needs some TLC.

and I have plans for that this year.

          Thank you Sir!

Although it may be some time before she is finished to my satifaction, I'll definitely post photos once the transformation is done.

Oh I understand, as a veteran of many car restorations, I understand time and money consuming the projects and be, not to mention they always take longer than you want...

Oh indeed. I'm almost 100% positive that if that model belonged to me I'd take a different route (think "who ya gonna call?"), but yeah...just looking at that car brings a smile to my face!

Most pimptastic man - keep us posted on the progress - that is far too few pictures for such a badass car - get out there from every angle and get some documentation kickin!

I seriously thought about doing that, but there are so many "Ghostbuster" style cars of every variation out there, I just felt she needed to be given a different direction.

God knows how much I love that "GhostBusters Ecto 1"!!!
Just as much as I love the 58' Fury in "Christine"!!
Had one of those for a while............talk about a badass car!!!

What other sort of photos should I take/would you like to see?

We got another blizzard coming, so once it warms up again, I'll get the camera out.

It doesnt matter what you take a picture of as long as the 59 is in there, i mean really, ...explore the space!

                          A blizzard?

Wow that sounds like cruel and unusual punishment for her.

I think I am gonna have to hand you $20,000 and bring the old girl down to retire in Florida.

No, really, what did you pay? Where do you live? <<grabs keys and wallet>>

                          Need that in $100s?

That is a seriously sweet coach.

If I have my way I will own one of that year one day...

Just a shame that I have not yet found one to even look at that is for sale.

I look forward to hating you more and more as we see restoration photos. LOL

Did I hear correct that it was more? Nothing ill meant by my mention of price.

                            <<still drooling at the coach>>

                              Yea, she's a cool car!!

I plan to start the restoration this fall, if not sooner

That's when I'll start taking some serious photos of her!!

I wanna have her ready for next years "HearseCon"

Right now, she doesn't run too well, so I put her in storage......keep her out of the wind & rain...........but fear not.........she'll be back on the road soon!

Best not wait until Fall! Next year will be here before you know it.

Side note: I followed a lead up tonight on a '59 Miller Meteor ambulance for Xanthus (not the one I've previously mentioned, another!). All original ex-Navy coach requiring restoration. Found out that it had already sold and traded hands for $22k. Anyone familiar with this one..? Didn't see any pics and am unfamiliar.
