can't upload pictures In albums

I was trying to upload a few pics of my hearse,and after I chose the pics I wanted ; I clicked the upload botton...it took about 40 seconds and then I get this.........on the page ....Your submission could not be processed beacuse a security token is missing..... what does that mean? anyone else have this problem? what is a security token?

Try resizing your pics first - it is starting to time out (I'll save you the boring technical description) so try uploading smaller pics.
