I grew up in Orange County(Costa Mesa being one of the cities) and one of the biggest influences in my hearse addiction was seeing all the coaches at Knott's Scary Farm. I do miss the west coast.Comment

another big hurst meet
A buddy and i were discussing how many hursts are in California and many more western states and were thinking about putting on something similar to hurstcon, but at the beach, camp out at the beach, cruise hollywood and sunset blvd, maybe do it on a weekend of a big car show like Pomona or Santa Monica or Long Beach car show, or even bats day, which is where all the goth/industrial people go to Disneyland and scare all the straight laced americana folk. get some bands to play, have a BBQ, stop at some Cemeteries, a whole bunch of stuff could be set up, if anybody was interested...
another idea was plan a roadtrip to the Heart attack Grill in Arizona. that would be cool for all the ambulances. hearses would hit right in too.Comment

It's so funny how you can have a conversation with 50 different "normal" people, and 48 of them call it a hurst.
