This morning a gentleman called near San Angelo, TX to pick my brain off a Craigslist ad. When I heard he has 150 cars, the natural follow up was to inquire if any procars are among them.
Indeed.
Turns out he did a 12 car purchase from an old man not 2 months ago to get a couple he really wanted. Turns out it has been barn stored since the '60s.
There are no tires on the rims. Old man took them all off, then remounted wheels, before placing cars on blocks in his barn.
While out taking pictures this afternoon, he checked for rust. Body is quite good. Only rot found is a softball size hole just ahead of driver's side seat.
A Swede committed to buying it about 3 weeks ago yet no money has arrived yet so... If any of you has that burning desire and $2500, I'll pass Mike's (owner) contact info along.
