Alright I need to see if any of you have wood working skills, I'm needing a coffin built but do to the fact I'm on the road most of the time and I don't think the hotels that I stay at would appreciate it if I set up a shop in their parking lot I can't build one myself. But not just any old coffin, I want the old traditional style and it needs to be built with 3/4" mdf because its going to be my speaker box. If any of you can do this or know someone who can, can you hit me up and I'll give you all the details. Thanks.

Actually I do know someone with the skills and equipment. My dad has all the stuff needed to do it. I even have a book of plans for wooden coffins I'm not sure how much he would charge to build it or even when he would have time but if you get me the full details of what you need I can ask him. 3/4" MDF, that is going to be one heavy sumbitch.

I started thinking about it alot. I'm thinking about the coffin that you had talked about, chaser. I'm thinking I like that idea better. Now the $200 one, could you give me a description of it or maybe pictures. I started thinking since I'm traveling I carry around tools, and my clothes and stuff like that and right now I just throw them in the back. I was thinking that having a coffin as kind of like a storage box would really look great back there and clean up all the stuff back there I have to carry around.

The $200 caskets would be perfect for that............They are unfinished shells in bare primer............I want to buy one and make a grill/cooler out of it.

The major problem I'm having is trying to decide what to do. I've also been toying with the idea of putting a backseat in mine. Which would mean cutting up the front half of my roller deck. I can't decide whether to build a speaker box, buy the coffin or what the hell to do. decisions decisions.
