change in plans

Due to lack of time for some and lack of funds for others, we have made some changes. The trip to eureka springs is still on, we will meet at the walmart in neosho at 10am, leaving for ES, and we will make a day of it and then come back in the evening. I expect to see faces........

The good news is ya will finally get to see my face, the bad news is you will finally get to see my face.

Well....hmmm....I assume that the trip is still taking place on Sunday? I will check with Larry, but it will also depend on if he has to work that weekend or not. This makes it a bit more easily affordable....although I would have to scrounge for gas money. I get paid again on the 15 and 28th or 29th (Not looking at a calender at the moment) and at this point, I think I would be better off using the money I would have spent on the trip to make a payment to you for Victoria. I really do need to get you guys paid off before I spend any more extra money. I hate owing people, especially friends.
On the upside-Victoria did wonderful on the short trip we took her on...and she got awesome mileage for what she is...slightly over 16mpg. Can't beat that with a stick!

well we'd love it if you could make it, but I understand about the money thing.
2-stiff and wife are staying the night, but as Hellspawn has school, another member going with us has work Monday, along with most of our other members, it just made sense to schedule it for just Sunday. Anyone who wants to stay over can, in fact we might have some new members coming with us who would like to stay.
Trying to make everything available for everyone, but we will try to remember to take some pics this time.......

Even if you cannot make the trip to Eureka Springs, please come to the meet up place in Neosho at Walmart. We will have a short meeting before we leave to Eureka. This has to do with the post labeled IMPORTANT.

Well crap! I thought for a split second that we might be able to make it seeing as it's going to be a day trip....but the new work schedule was posted last night, and damned if they don't have me down for a 12 hour shift (7p-7a) on both Saturday and Sunday. I don't see any way that I would be able to go to Eureka Springs and then get back in time for work. But since I will be in Joplin Sunday morning, after getting off work, I'll stick around and come down to the meeting. Won't guarentee I will be coherent after being up all night, but I will be there.

Okay...I just thought of this....(one of the other threads made me think of this) I need directions to the Walmart in Neosho...lol. Otherwise, I will never make it there....not after working all night. If I don't have directions ya'll will likely never see me again...I will be off driving around southwest Missouri for the next hundred years looking for the elusive Neosho Walmart.

Directions are easy. hwy 71 south (The new one) get off on hwy 60 hang a left, follow to walmart.

Cool. Those are directions that even I can follow...even after being awake at work all night.
Oh yeah, and by the way...bringing a couple of "cross-over" members for ya. We have two ladies in the Kansas Hearse Association that actually live in Joplin, so of course, I had to plug Chariots of the Dead. They do not own a coach as of yet, but one of them, Terie, had gone with Travis, Amanda and I down to Arkansas a couple of weekends ago and Terie fell in absolute love with Victoria. She's been bitten by the bug. Poor Shannon just shakes her head and says that whatever Terie wants, Terie can have...so I foresee a hearse in their not too distant future...*wicked chuckle*
