There's a car show in Roberta Ga. (my hometown) Sat. May 19 from 8am to 1pm.
I realize this is a haul for you guys but here's why I'm inviting you down for it.
At last year's event I entered my 81 S+S, bear in mind this is before the Ghostbuster logos were on it but after the coffin, so it looks like a regular menacing hearse. Several people acted pissed it was there and the judges didnt judge it, then lied about not judging it (I watched them walk by it, shake their head and not write anything down, and they "refused" to produce a judging sheet.)
So I thought it'd be funny to get as many funeral cars as possible in this year's event. Plus afterwards we could head back to Macon (30 minutes away but on the way back to Atl area) and get some new pics of the coaches in Rose Hill Cemetery, which a few of you remember from back in the day when I was thin and had a 74 Superior.
So yeah let me know if anyone is interested, entrance fee is $20.00 and its a part of the Georgia Jugfest which also features an antique tractor show, lawnmower races, and other redneck fun.
Also my parent's house is on Lake Tobesofkee in Macon we could cookout and fish or swim or ride the canoe or whatever.
