'73 S&S on 316 and Collins Hill?

I was riding into work last night on the bike and I saw what looked like a '73 S&S on Collins Hill about to cross over 316 - anybody know that car?

i havent seen a 73 S&S in that area. the only S&S around there is the 74 that wages has that ryan berry has been working on.
