who was out on I-20 eastbound last night

Saw someone out on I-20 not too far from stonecrest mall area last night around midnight. looked like a smaller grey coach. Licenseplate was something like HPH 2.

didn't look like richard's. it looked like one of those small front drive cadillac's. alot like elvis's, except gray.
