i'll be going your route billy. i just got the bug running tonight. i still have a shit load of little details. oh like removing the pedal assembly and getting the brake pedal freed up so i don't have to use my foot to pull it back. rewire the tail-lights. plus i'm gonna have kendra follow me in the truck with my towbar just in case.

I'll be taking 78 regardless. 1 line mastercylinder, 4 wheel drum brakes, 3 speed column shift on a 236ci flathead engine with a downhill max speed of 70mph. My car is made to look pretty, not quallify in an NHRA sanctioned event...

Turning left from the Kroger will be much easier than at Wally world, they have a better set up and less traffic.

Totally forgot about the Kroger - much better spot. Kroger, towards the japanese place at 10:30.

How about the Kroger instead? I know some folks will want to get gas & ice and you can get that at their gas station plus there is a traffic light there?

We are going to need to bail a little bit early, our neighborhood is establishing an HOA and we want to be represented (one of the old ladies already made a comment about I should read the covenants, to which I ask 'I'm sure you're talking about the part about cars right? Surely you don't mean these tagged, running, insured cars sitting in the driveway on concrete not overhanging the grass are you?')

dont run me over my max speed is like 65mph

Not exactly. my right rear tire keeps going flat. The car has radial tires but with tubes in them, it took me a minute to figure out why, but the holes for the valve stems are to big for regular valve stems, but the other three are holding up fine. the tires are in great shape. I never messed with a tubed tire on a car before so i dont even know where to start trying to fix it.
