October is pretty busy with Ghostbusters stuff....and I can't commit to anything now as I am still cash strapped...but the Athens thing DOES sound fun!

Upcoming events for October:

Friday, 2nd. Auburn Cruisers Cruise In 1365 4th Avenue, auburn, GA. $10.

Saturday, 8th. Night-time meeting at Sonics?

Sunday, 9th. Street Masters Car Club Cruise in. The Varsity, Athens 1 - 4:30 PM. No entry fee listed. This could be fun to invade athens.

Friday - Sunday 21-23. 44th Annual Mountain Moonshine Festival, Dawsonville, GA. Show times 9 am - 5pm. includes 5 shows, 15th galaxie national, two day car shows, two day tractor shows, Ford show. Dennis Gage of My Classic Car will be in attendance. (as you know, i don't like the expensive shows, but given all that's happening here, i think $20 *might* be alright)
Saturday Show - $15/pre reg before Oct 10th. $20 after
Sunday Cruise-In - $15/pre reg before Oct 10th. $20 after

Saturday 22nd, 3rd Annual Friends of Advantage Car & Bike Show. The Varisty, Athens, GA 5:00pm - 8:00 pm. $10 entry fee. *All vehicles welcome* Cash drawings, best of show, top 10, car club with most cars present, trunk-or-treating. (this would be my preference).

Saturday 29th, Party at Ganci's. I think we have decided as a club we are not doing hell on wheels this year.

Please let me know if you are interested in any of these. My personal preference would be to invade the Athens Varsity!

Great to listen to on-line, but I hear those banjo's in the woods and I will have new targets to shoot before they try and make us squeal like a pig.

Don't forget if you're going to Dave's tomorrow, we're meeting at the kroger in loganville at 1:00 to pick up supplies. Alex will head up to dave's directly. we will pick up some hot dogs, hamburgers, and buns. Alex will get chips and snacks. Everyone can pick up whatever it is you like to drink.

Bring your weapons, ammo, and don't forget earplugs. I will have a pack of ear plugs, some targets, and maybe a couple of target stands. Anyone have any silhouette targets? I will probably bring my .22 rifle, pistol, and 1911.

Come equipped to spend the night, but right now i think the consensus is that most of us will probably go home saturday night.

i see the boy hung some targets in some trees coke cans and stuff like that i also have a X to blow away hehehehe and i have some home for sale signs we can hang targets on as well...

i'll make up 5 gals of sweet tea so thats here

a new grill is on its way now so thats covered

bring some walking shoes and we'll go on a hike to the old gold mines, stampmill and waterfalls its about a mile round trip in the woods hell you might get to hear banjos playing
