We will be attending summer showdown this year in July 6 - 7. Please add this to your long-term calendars and request your time off work. We may just go down for saturday, or may stay saturday night. Just depends on what everyone wants to do.

If anyone is interested, we're meeting next saturday the 19th to go to the microcar museum. we're gathering at the covington walmart, south of I-20 on exit 93 at 11:00. Then we'll head out to the micro car museum at 11:30, which should put us there at noon. Afterwards, we'll all go get lunch at a local BBQ joint.

News Flash: i just spoke with Winston Heard of East Athens Development Company who is helping oversee restoration and maintenance of historic cemeteries in the Athens area.

Would anyone be interested in a volunteer mission to help clear brush from one of the cemeteries? There are other projects also, but that's what they need the most help with right now.

We need a minimum of five people to volunteer. This would be a saturday morning activity. I am thinking the 1st saturday in november. If you're interested, please let me know
