Planning meeting at Sonic's

I would like for us to get together soon at sonic's for a planning/brainstorming meeting.

I propose saturday July 16th at the sonic's in loganville. Drive your coach if you can, otherwise just show up.

Topics i think we should cover include, but are not limited to:

1. any unfinished swag business (license plates, on-demand embroidery)
2. t-shirt design(s)
3. brainstorming for our annual event
4. partner events with other clubs, etc.
5. tentative schedule for the next 6 months.

Please let me know if this time is acceptable, and if not, please suggest an alternative.

saturdays are iffy for me.... depending on the time. plus at least one saturday out of each month i have to work the dealership. Sundays are good for me

I work on Saturdays till about 6:30 + about an hour to get my ass to Loganville, but Sun. afternoons/nights are usually wide open
