    Here us an email days of the dead sent me. So please lets get a list together of who might be coming with their hearse.

    My partner is flying in to Atlanta next week to get the exact location and arrangement for parking.

    If you could get me the names of the people even thinking that they may be coming with hearses, I can put them on the Will Call list.”

      Here is the email I sent him with our agenda.

      ” We are doing our show Saturday, March 10, 2012 from 10:30am till 4:00pm. We are expecting 10 to 12 hearses. We need to figure out how to get with you about getting our passes, especially those of us coming in on friday. And need to find out where we will be set up. Thanks, Kevin Donegan”

          I believe the website said there are only a few hotel rooms left, so if your planning on staying you might want to go ahead a book a room.

                ok, in terms of resources we need the following:

                Registration forms - i made and printed up 15 registration forms
                Index cards/ballots - i will try to pick these up this week
                Ballot Box - Kevin has volunteered his child casket for this purpose

                EZ up tents - we probably need a couple of these, shouldn't be a problem since everyone who has theirs usually brings it.
                Chairs - again, shouldn't be a problem
                Folding tables - Double D has volunteered to bring a couple
                funeral parking only signs - Kevin should have these as usual

                Raffle tickets - does anyone know where to get these?

                Also, if we want to do the raffle, we have to donate the money to a charity. Denise has suggested the boxer rescue charity she's familiar with. Terri Butler is working on the skull blanket to donate. Ganci, are you still working on pinstripe items?

                            Yup. brake parts are in and should be ready to roll by then.
                            I am taking Friday off and checking in early. Neener will be joining us after she closes up shop on saturday evening.

                            I also have something to donate to the raffle, Ryan.
                            BTW, is there some kind of plan to have a booth stocked near the cars or in the vendor section to sell swag and raise some club funds? I missed the meeting saturday.

                              yes we will be doing that at our "Registration" tent.

                              one thing we forgot was some kind of DJ or sound system. is it too late to deal with this, Chace Ambrose or anyone else?

                                They need to put our logo up on their site somewhere. If we're putting in effort on this, then they need to match it with advertising.
