If any one needs me, ny number is 678-249-8013. Let me know before your arrive so I can open parking spaces. Not sure if we'll have electricity since I had us moved from where they wanted us.
thank you to everyone who participated today and made days of the dead a great success. Thank you especially to C. Kevin Donegan for organizing, and Terri Butler, Stephen Sonsini, Christine Walker, and Chris DiGanci for donating raffle items.
We raised over $200 for the boxer rescue charity.
but next time... someone please remind me to put on sunblock.
Today was a good showing and a good time. Hopefully they will have us participate next year if they do it again. If they do we need to go all out with our display.
ALSO...........
Lets see everyone's pics posted here... not on stupid facebook.
Thank you everyone who came out and helped with everything. I'm not sure about next year because of parking but we'll see. Here is the announcement he sent ths morning.
” If you didn't hear the news at last nights VIP Party, DAYS OF THE DEAD will be returning to the city of Atlanta, March 1-3rd, 2013 with a change of venue. For our next show in the Peach State, we will be taking over the MASSIVE space at the Sheraton Atlanta downtown with over 30,000 sq ft over three rooms, making it much more fan and vendor friendly. More simple and streamlined, next year's date will feature a full on tattoo expo, 10,000 sq ft dealer room, even more celebrities, and bands! Thanks again for supporting in the Atlanta area!”
Yeah won't be any point in bringing the cars to next years event if there is no parking right out front for a show.
Still this one was a lot of fun though.
I was at Days of the Dead this weekend and wanted to tell you how much I LOVED seeing the hearses. I saw a mention of not having them there next year because of the location - the Sheraton downtown. The Sheraton has tons of space and I have seen vehicles at other shows inside the space. I think you should see if you can show them in the exhibit hall itself. Purely my opinion but I think that would be great!
It's 2 things actually. First I am trying to keep the NHAA site active so it doesn't just die off, so the more stuff that's posted here the better.
Second I don't like facebook because I don't want people knowing all my shit and just don't buy into all the crap on there.

I'm with David on this if we are a club with a club sight we need to push the club sight ... facebook is looked at by everyone the boss the law big sis etc.. its now a tool used to get people on watch lists. Its the first place the law goes to look into people they are looking at and then build a list off and start looking at your friends. hell we use it to track people we are looking to repo. hell i have been out of radio for 12 years now and i have 43 friend request from radio stalkers people i have no clue about .. just google facebook horror stories.
and don't forget skynet
Skynet was connected to the worldwide civilian sector network, and began learning geometrically, quickly becoming self aware. Identifying humans as a threat to its existence, Skynet developed a super computer virus which it used to spread itself throughout civilian communications and across the Internet and take control.
