hi Everyone in Denver! I just signed up last night and posted a thread in the General discussion section. http://www.nationalhearse.net/forums...ead.php?t=2575

anyways I am on a few other message boards. some are local but I dont Remember any of them actually having a Denver, or even a colorado chapter, this is awesome! anyways I was recomended here to look for the Hearse. I am not in a big rush or anything. but I figured atleast let everyone know were looking and when the time comes to buy we will. IO have so many other projects right now that it might have to wait until another one is gone. unless its dirt cheap I cant even afford it, and she is stil ltrying to sell her SUV (terd)
I dont know much about Hearse history. but always ready to learn more. I always thought it would be cool to have a bunch show up at Bandimere to drag race. Thats what I do in the summer.
Wonder how fast a guy could get a coffin to move 1320 feet?

anyways if anyone is interested in this let me know we have a Team that races once a month starting around may and always looking for more drivers. Dont have to be fast to win rounds. the slowest car up there is almost always in the finals
    oh my name is shawn.

    Hey there Shawn,

We have in fact visited Bandimere in the past although I have to admit, our track times were pretty sorry! I do OK in my Oldsmobile and Ron gets a good time out of his Pontiac, but our Caddies just never really lay down much rubber!

You know, there's always something for sale around here, do you know what price, years or style you were looking at for in a hearse? Most people right away start with wanting something with fins, but unfortunately that has quickly become a very hard thing to find these days!

At any rate, shoot an email to me with your contact information and I will add you to the email list. We always invite new members to join us and have a good time with the club whenever we go out.

    Take care man -Zachary

Thanks Zachary. Anytime you all want to join us at Bandi, your more than welcome, we dont care how fast or how quick your ET is. I run an 18 second pickup for now lol Truck fest has semis that will run in the 50 second ETs and believe it or not some of them actually get down into the high teens.
As far as the Hearse, I know she wants something old, and I know she prefers black (of course) I dont care if its running. and it has to be cheap. I was waiting on a buddy to get back with me on one that they just needed storage fees to get ito ut of there. but havent heard back yet, or what year or anything. fins are cool, I understand why everyone wants fins lol

I know she doesnt like the newer ones that are really sleek and aerodynamic. so I am betting even late 70s would work. were not in a big rush either. I have so many projects right now, I dont have time or money for another. I just figured id start looking around a bit so when the time comes. I will be prepared.
I will send ya an E mail. As you asked so we can go out whenever the club does have a get together
      thanks again
      Shawn

Hey guys im just checking in. I kicked the other half to the curb and will do my Hearse on my own. I inherited a 1950 studebaker I used to work on and drive when I was younger from my grandpa so when I finish my F100 I will probably put that up for sale with a smaller engine in it. I have to get the rest of my Race parts off my 69 mustang and its going away in trade for more paint and I can finish my Drag car. then get the stude running registered and going for a lil cruiser. then I can look for a Hearse, might be a while but I will get one.... someday in my future its sure been like lately with so much going on, thankfully work is picking up again which is helping me get caught up on bills. I have been picking up side jobs also. so if anyone in the mtro area needs Hardwood flooring done I have my own business doing this and offer you all a discount. We have a dust containment system that will amaze you at how clean the job is, also we use the best products which are environmentally safe and dry fast as well as Extremely durable.
I would throw up a pic or two of what I have been doing even though none of its Hearse stuff, yet dont want to curse the forum with non hearse projects or anything unless its ok

        Talk at you all later
