He/she does bring up a good point. I think that inactive clubs on here should be removed after an extended period of inactivity. Subsequently there should be a rule that any hearse clubs wishing to join the NHAA have to show activity.

Also the PCS forum should be removed, because it is pretty useless, just like the PCS

Well yeah, that would be nice to see it used more instead of just laid to rest/rust.

I guess the major question is where the actual club is and who's running it and why has it been so stagnant.
