    Yeah I found out that whomever had the car before me had connected all the wires going to the tail lights with a bunch of wire tappers instead of wire connectors so one of them was grounding out. What a mess it is. I still need to change them all to wire connectors. Now if I could find out why the side curb lights won't come on, my wiring problems would be over.

        Seriously!

        Unless you get a new harness and start over, you'll be hunting down wiring gremlins until you turn to dust

          Indeed. I still have issues with the curb lights coming on whenever they feel (which I think is a grounding problem), and the turn signals blinking too fast (which I think is caused by the curb lights not working.) At least I had the lower fender panels taken off and new metal welded on. It looks real good now and I will post pics in a minute here.
