"Hey, it is Meghann from the Motor City Haunt Club here. I am contacting you to ask for your help with an upcoming event. It is called Chopper Show Detroit (http://www.myspace.com/choppershowdetroit) and will be held August 8th & 9th at Michigan State Fairgrounds.
Every year we have hot rods show up to the show, which is cool, but this year we want to encourage more hearses to partake in the festivities. We are going to have a designated area to park hearses for the day a trophy available. We would like to offer free admission to the show for hearse owners.
Can you help us in advertising this event to your club for us? We would love to have you guys out!! Call it a club event - whatever you want.
