  • Procar Graveyard Open House 2

Back for a second year due to persistent demand coupled with a temporary property reprieve. Driving a procar is encouraged yet not mandatory!

Third property will cease existing by time event rolls around. Space will be made on second property to move those 20ish procars to. About 100 coaches & parts units among two locations, which equates to less travel between spots.

Changes this year: Two day open house so attendees don't feel as rushed. Please bring spare parts & funerary items so everyone partakes in a swap meet. Feel free to post items here in advance that can be brought.

Once again rooms have been blocked at The Inn at Creedmoor. They held same rate as last year, $69.99 for Friday, Sept 5. (If booking Thursday, Sept 4 and/or Saturday, Sept 6 at same time - they will honor same discounted rate.) Having decided earlier in season this year on event, there is no breakdown of single/double rooms yet. You may choose when reserving. Cut off date for discount is August 5. And yes, their pool will still be open.

Note: New numbers on website for reservations due to technical difficulties. Use 919.618.0590 or
    919.618.5288.

Thank you to everyone that has expressed interest. 72 attendees experienced really good prices and great people last year. This event will prove even larger given word of mouth, more '59 acquisitions, and '59 Superiors being available (as of this writing). Looking forward to seeing everyone again!

Are any of these coaches roadworthy? I'm hopping by September that I might be able to stop being hearseless.

There should be a handful available that either are or can be roadworthy with minimal work. Even if you're not ready for a hearse, still head to event and meet everyone. You're too close not to.

Drove through Wilson last week en route to an auction and thought of you.

We are planning on coming out for this. Probably be in the Blazer though so I can carry tools and stuff incase there is anything I need to buy.

Atti if you have the address look it up on google maps and get a satellite photo of the yard, I would love to see what that many hearses looks like from above.

LMS, I think there's another nice '69 Cadillac Miller Meteor at that property with your name on it.

Are you talking about the 69 Miller Meteor 3-way? It looks good, but missing table and has a large dent on passenger side. If it would have had the table I might would have tried to get it.

I messed last year, had car trouble on the way. I was really upset. I definitely want to make it this year. I have been there before and it's great. Also having another weekend to hang out with my hearse people, that's AWESOME by itself.

Someone should build that black over blue '69 MM 3-way. Not rusty, won't take much to run, and has factory air with tinted glass. Those are factors that may overpower having to locate a table. Plus if there's anything other than a table missing it can probably be included off the black '70 MM we dropped Thomas' gas tank from.

Couple awesome food updates! Each worthy of small donations to offset costs - especially if over 100 people attend as RSVPs suggest.

Badger is once again making Philly cheesesteaks on Friday night by popular demand.

Saturday night, be in the mood for some good southern BBQ. 200#+ pig will be slow roasted on site over hickory. Process takes 12 hours and will start in wee morning hours. Does it get much better for carnivores? =D

Could anyone pick me up a set of end loader rollers for a 60's era Hearse? Need 8 rollers, all the skid plates, and the 2 bier pin plates.

I dont recall this 69 MM 3-way, any pictures handy by chance? I know someone looking for a coach and I believe that era is preferred over most by them. Thanks.

69 is in decent shape, to bad it's a 3-way.
