The PCS forum on here

Good for them, they have a forum. Other forums get way more activity than that one does.

Now I know I don't have much room to talk because my own subforum doesn't get much use. But at least we're actual members of the NHAA (as a club, not just individual members). I'm also still trying to get everyone to use it.

I'm just saying I'd like to see it get more use is all, and if it's not going to get used (I don't see why it would since they have two sites now I guess with forums on them) lets chuck it into /dev/null and be done with it. The only real use I can see as to having it is to piss off the PCS (which I'm all about believe me). However inactive subforums make the site look slow and can detour fresh victi... I mean users from signing up.

Just thinking out loud.

I'm new here, but I say ditch it. PCS is entirely irrelevant to the supposed purpose of this forum. Having a forum area for them here is akin to saving a seat at your dinner table each night, for the asshole neighbor who doesn't mow his yard, but always calls the police every time you play loud music.

I would definetely agree with not being a fan of them for bashing on us for making these cars look however we as owners want them to look and do love a few good pcs bashing jokes but doesn't that make us no different than them?

Maybe alittle... but we know it's a joke (e.g. when we bash, our main aim is to have a good laugh) - seems to me the PCS is serious when they "look down" on us and start bashing our coaches.

Or am I off base here?

Way off base. They think we suck for what we believe in, we think they suck simply for the fact that they look down on us for what we believe in.

Personally I like my hearses to look stock (makes them more creepy) and if I modify my coach it's little shit like some under-glows which I can turn off and have it look normal. The only major thing I do is carry a casket which they frown on.

My point is that the majority of us agree, whatever someone wants to do with their car is their business and we don't get all snobby if someone doesn't modify their car and only sometimes if they do and they fuck it up really badly.

In short, we are better than them because we make fun of them FOR being snobs toward us modifying our cars, and not because they don't modify their own.

Agree - that's kinda what I ment... they think their shit don't stink and about the best we can do in the hope of unifying coach owners (which is what the NHAA is all about) is laugh because we can smell 'em a mile away.

Funny thing is, I like 'stock' also (though I will be doing some mods soon for various reasons) but to have a group TELL me I have to be stock or else I'm a hippy, low life, wannabe, that's kinda rude.

Like you said, each to his/her own... if you want stock or mod, it's up to you. The problem with PCS is it is 'writen' what you can do... if it wasn't, I don't think the PCS would even be an issue - just maybe bashing a few 'holy'r then tho' members ( which by the way, some members are really good guys and don't quite agree but go along with 'the rules')

But getting back to the subject - cut 'em... Kinda mute, wasted space.
