Stupid Question

While driving home thursday afternoon, when i finally got over 10 mph on the interstate, my steering wheel started shaking at 55mph. i know i need tires bad, maybe front end work. But i noticed front end parts have an option B05 for armored cars in 91. Should i pay 3 times as much for these. Or stick with regular caddy tie rods, ball joints, etc. ?

could just be your tires seperating. that happened to me. made the front end wiggle ever so slightly at low speeds and vibrate at high speeds

Had the wiggle at 25 and vibrates at 55. I know tires are shot. New Michelins coming monday. Hope it Helps.

i had to have some tie rods 'n' such put on mine. they were able to use standard cadillac parts

Also, it could be the balance weights inside the rim may have come off. But since your getting now tires, it would take care of that problem when they put the new ones on.
