p.s. - it's probably not a good idea to do computer tech support on the phone while you're changing out that last spark plug.

Yeah, I just did the spark plugs for my 80' cadillac superior the other day. I was just barly able to get a rachet and socket in there to get the rear passager side plug.
Fun fun fun.......

I don't know what is up w/ car engineers, but that passenger side rear plug is a bitch. Even w/ my small girly hands, I had a hell of a time with my 80.

i wear tight-fitting baseball batting gloves when i work on cars. it gives you a little protection from busted knuckles and burns, but they're not so bulky that they get in the way.
also, my 3/8 universal joint thingy really came in handy.

You said it brother. I did the plugs in the 90 Eureka and busted a few knuckles on that passenger side. Sharp exhaust manifold covers. Only enough room for a short extension.

changing out spark plugs
is *NOT* a 30 minute job.
sure, the driver's side ones swapped out pretty easy?
The passenger side? not so much. all that damn emissions crap on there was in the way. ZOMG what a pain. The one closest to the firewall on the passenger side was awful.
but i swapped the plugs and wires and everything seems to be running now.
