Is it possible to covert my '67 M&M headlight to projection lighting? Also are there places that take your existing tailights and covert them to LED? Any information will be helpful.

I would love to see someone put LEDs inside 1157 and 1156 bulbs, in lieu of filaments. I have a 13-LED flashlight that will run for a year under heavy use on three NiMH batteries, puts out a bright light, and has been dropped on hard ground a few times, and still comes right back on.
Regular brake lights draw too many amps, and the filament has been around for a hundred years. Multiple LEDs are a good replacement, as are those coiled flourescents that go in lamps. Bright flourescents give me seizures, but the lamp bulbs don't bother me at all.

The problem with some of them is that they don't offer enough resistance to cause the flasher to operate. Be sure to buy ones that have a resistor built in.

you could do the tail lights your self if you trust yourself. you buy the individual Brake style LED's and conrtol for run/brake....i guy on the MR2 spyder forum on on did it on his spyder and it came out really nice. same with the headlights if you can work with fiberglass, bondo, and paint and have some creativity. do it yourself. same guy put projector lens off another car into his headlight housing.

Very cool ideas, but they might seem a little too "tuner/rice burner" for an old hearse.
