back seat conversion

Hello. I've been thinking about putting a seating area in the back of my 91 Federal endloader, and I was wondering what experiences some of you may have had in this respect. Ideally, I would like something that folds down when not in use (as in the mini-van genre) thereby still being able to have a table with rollers. Is this asking so much?
