Making fixed side windows roll down

My car is an endloader so the side rear glass is fixed and it gets way hot and stuffy in the back so I used combi parts and made the roll down. Here is the link to the work. http://www.supermotors.net/registry/23808/77558

How did you rework it so that it slides down a track/fit the track in the door?

Do you mean the track inside the window frame? Fixed and roll down use the same window frame with the felt channel inside. Bascially a fixed window is just shoved up all the was and bolted in place. You remove the bolts and the window slides down. Bascially its just adding roller tracks to the bottom piece for the regulator to hold the glass. Even easier if you get the bottom glass holder with the regs. Hope that helps.
