1948 Buick Meatwagon

Was asked today if I wanted to buy a 1948 Buick Meatwagon. Was told its drivable, the lights were all there, but were taken off. Has a straight 8 motor, asking $2800. I have not seen it yet. Its located in a small town close to Santa Clause GA.

I couldn't find a pic of a hearse but this should give everyone a general idea of the body style. Good news James if you pick it up there is a site that handles nothing but old Buick parts....I have a 1950 Buick Super 50 and this site has been a savior.

yea, this guy is gonna bring me out there to see it sometime this week or next. I wont have the $$ to get it, I will take pictures and post. I figured I let all of you's know about it, in case someone else wanted to get it.
