  • 1977 Superior Soverign combination...

I have a friend looking to sell his 1977 Superior Soverign Combination coach, he asked me if i'd help & so here she is. These Soverigns are ultra-rare & it's in really nice shape. Does need a little work to be perfect but I know the price is less than $3000 so if you're interested in it PM me & i'll give you the contact info if you're serious about buying a nice coach & have cash in-hand. Here's what the owner has to say about it: "I am the second owner of the car. The car was purchased new by the Deckman-Bartley Funeral Home in Malvern, Ohio. Mainly the car was used as a coach and invalid work but it probably ran a hot call or two in her day as well. The car comes with a model 30 Ferno Washington multi level cot which is period correct. Also a Federal Model 17 beacon ray with red dome, a Federal Model 28 mechanical siren and a Federal Intercepter Electronic Siren. It also has the beacon ray roof plug if you want to take off the light and run it as a coach. I do have the landau panels for the car but they are in rough shape but I think any machine shop could cut out new panels and you could easily transfer the landau bars. The interior is in good shape, almost excellent except for one spring coming out towards the center from the driver's seat back and a very tiny tear in the headliner in the rear from a casket spring gone wild. (I think this is common as my 76 as one too). The body needs some rust work but I don't think any of it is through, the car definitely needs paint as the navy blue is pretty oxidized. With 46 or 47,000 original miles the car runs damn good and I have driven it to Kingsport, TN and back so it's a great driver" Ok here's some photos of the '77...

P.S. the coach is here in Ohio. It has the original 425 c.i. engine & has only 47,000 miles & would make anyone a great starter coach. It's a proven driver & gets driven all over Ohio to events as well as out-of-state shows. I'm not trying to be a jerk here withholding the owner's info, nor am I making any cash on a sale of the '77. I hope someone here jumps on it... I assure you that you won't be disappointed. For $2800 you can have a coach that can be enjoyed & driven anywhere. PM me if you're ready to buy a really cool, complete coach!
