Addco Sway Bars

Does anyone have experience installing a heavy duty aftermarket sway bar on the front of a 73 hearse? Am i correct that the front end of the car is exactly the same as a non-commercial chassis which would mean the bar for a Deville or Fleetwood would fit? Addco # 897 1" diameter.

I got my front end from http://www.p-s-t.com/. I had my whole from end redo on my 73 Cadillac MM. They have commercial chassis parts and the front end kit was cheaper than buying from a parts store piece by piece.
