Hey guys. I wanna again tap into the wealth of knowledge here.
I cant seem to dig up a straight answer. I'm wondering about putting 1960 Cadillac fenders on a 1959 Cadillac. They appear identical. Its seems like only the trim is different. The stainless belt line trim is lower on a 60. Our 59 is not going to have any side trim, so if that's the only difference, I'm golden.
That brings me next to the hood. From what i understand, the 60 hood will work, but the lower portion that unbolts, where it meets the grille, must have the 59 section bolted on.
Can anyone give me definative answers or point me in the right direction? Im having no luck.
