Need help redoing board mounts

Well bare with me I'm new at this. I bought a 85 Lincoln Town Car Hearse & the guy butchered her on the inside trying to make her in to a limo. I got the board & all the rollers & stuff but when I pulled his carpet job up he had hacked off all the board mount's can any one help me out as far as how they are made or look like ? Also she is in need of a new vinyl top any idea of a rough cost ?

I have some pix of 2 - 80s Lincons in a junkyard, I'll look and see if I have pictures of the casket tables, or are you looking for how they are mounted underneath?

Man all I can say is WOW Thank you these are a great help I didn't know it sat that high. I sure would like to walk that boneyard & check out the old rides. It would be like Heaven. Thanks again.
