I found the glass I need for the driver side window. Just wondering, does 350 sound like a good price? That includes shipping. More than I had hoped, less than I had feared.

I dont know if the glass in the 80 will work, but you can get the whole car for 300.....or by that 78 for 700....its alil more, but then you got a whole parts car.

I sold the glass from my 74 for $75 and thought it was a good deal for both of us. Now I'm thinking maybe it was a better for one of us thn the other. But if you go to the guy with the 3 cars for sale and offer him say $100 for the window out of the one that doesn't run, he may go for it cause he can still sell the car. Or buy the whole car for $300, saving $50 plus shipping, and either have someone store it for you or give it to someone that wants/needs it. If I had no place to put it,i would strip everything off it I may possibly need or could sell and give the rest away or sell it to a scrapyard.

Screwed again!
Well, I had already ordered the glass. I got it from CW. They had to take it out of a '78 they had for sale. It was $295. plus $60 for shipping. If I had seen the post, that's probably what I would have done, but I was worried they would sell the other one ans I would not be able to find a replacement for months. This commercial glass thing has worried me. I believe I will get that vandalism insurance for our coach, just in case this happens again. And, I won't do anything without checkin' here first again!
