OK, I'm either very smart or very lucky. Decided drills are brittle so I smacked it with a hammer & center punch and it SHATTERED in the hole. a little work with tweezers and a air blow gun, I'm back in business. This is what happens after an evening of watching TV then working all night, then try to work on cars - I should just go to bed.

I agree, I'm a BP 'baby' myself - the stuff is great - 98% of the time. I did try this w/ heat before all hell broke loose (or i should say 'didn't break loose'), This just happen to be the 2% it didn't work.
(I still don't believe my solution worked)Last edited by Flymanj3; 12-19-2007, 04:43 AM.
