They are called "floral reliefs" and were the center decoration on the side walls of the casket area in a hearse. My guess is they're Miller-Meteor floral reliefs, as that's the same logo impressions in the backrests of my '67 Miller-Meteor combo, although Superior's "crown soverign" insignia was very similar.

Thanks alot hotrodwayne!! I am completely customizing my 68 I am thinking of using them for the outside emblems since part of them are missing anyway haha I'm not sure though maybe I will use them on the inside since I am reupholstering it inside anyway. Um and to spastic chicken they were but I bought them, I may be willing to part with them depending on how much you are offering?

They are definitely Miller-Meteor floral reliefs, here's a comparison photo showing the same exact same impression in the backrests of a M-M hearse. I didn't have a camera with me yesterday, but I visited NHAA member "Nevermore" and saw his coach ('68 M-M), when I saw that same design as your floral reliefs impressioned on his front seat backrests & jump seats I searched Flickr online albums to find an example to share with you proving they're old M-M floral reliefs. Great find! Enjoy them & display them on your coach!
