That weird.....
Ok, so I finally go tired of seeing that stupid gen light glowing every time I drive the hearse, so I pulled it out. I know the system is working fine so no big deal. I even have a temp gauge and watch it religiously. So twisting my hand up there I pulled the light from it's socket. But when it was removed the gas gauge stops working. Put it back in and all is normal, but the gen light still glows...do I have a bad ground somewhere? Any idea's? Black ape seems to be my last option..

Have an alternator shop test your alternator... I had an 80's coach that had one bad diode in the trio that caused the lamp to glow even though the alternator was still putting out 13.5 volts!
