After I got mine mounted, I just drove it to the local muffle guy, and had him bend me up a new filler neck piece. Then I welded the cap end of the original (with the vent line) to it, and rubber coupled the other end to the tank. (because the filler inlet was in a little different location). It cost me about $10.
