Electronic Locks

Hello fellow procar owners. I need you help I have a 78 S&S Victoria and i cannot get my electric locks to work. I have replace the solenoid twice and still all i get is a clicking noise at the solenoid but no lock motion. Can someone please help? I have some electronic know how but I am completely lost.

Have You checked the voltage at the solenoid? I would run 12v directly to the solenoid and see if it works. If it does, trace further back, if it don't You may still have a sol issue or the locks themselfs may be stuck. Good luck.
