  • rear wheel studs

I had posted about the spacer for the rear wheel on my 73 MM Cadillac hearse. I can't find studs that are long enough. NAPA has commercial chassis listed, but it's not right. Does anybody know where I can get the right ones or does anybody have any they are will to sale me? I need four. I have tried a Chevrolet dealership and there couldn't help.
    Thanks, Josh

I believe I have ten of them. I will have to check. I will let you know in a couple of days. Not able to get to the parts storage place until Thursday.

      studs

What size are they? 7/16 or 1/2 in? Screw in or press? We use 3 in. on the race cars, just a thought if nothing else works out. Good luck TC

I'm not sure of the size. Here is a picture.

          Rear Wheels Studs for Hearses

I am on the search for those right now. Did you have any luck? If so where did you get them? I got several options from custom car & race car builders. As a last resort, you can get a 3" racing stud with matching "Knurl" (mine is about .615-.618) then you can cut it to the lenght you need. My "Shoulder" is 1.300. I was told the length of the shoulder is not important. The "Shoulder" is the flat part before the threads start.
