  • WTB: 1962 Cad MM 3-Way parts

    Hi There!

I just purchased a 1962 Cadillac MM 3-Way Hearse and I am looking for parts to outfit the rear. I need the casket table and the support rollers/gliders, the rear window glass and sconces. If anyone has this stuff, I would appreciate information about price and shipping depending on where the parts are located. I am hopefull that I can get at least one of the rollers/gliders. I have a friend that thinks he can machine these for me.

Pictures of the hearse are posted in my album.

    Thanks!

The rear window you're looking for fits '59-'62 MM. Difficult to find, not impossible. May have a line on correct sconces and will check.

Forget about the table. Unless you're doing an accurate restoration or transporting caskets regularly, that is a large expense and shipping headache.

Congrats on the coach btw. Nice grab.

Thank you! I have found the rear glass through another member of this forum and will be getting it shipped pretty soon. Thanks for checking on the sconces. That would be great.

As far as restoration, I would like to do as much as possible and have already learned that finding these pieces would be like hunting for the Lost Dutchmans Gold here in AZ. It never hurts to keep my eyes peeled though and to put the word out that I am looking. I have often been suprised by what people don't even realize they have that could benefit someone else.

I have been scouring local salvage yards and when I see something that I think someone else might be able to use, I pass that information along.
I have already found out that there are a lot of great people on this forum that think the same way and are willing to help out when they can.
