Kara, I am taking prebuys for W/S. 1st time I had the 2500 feet made, people thought they could wait to buy the stuff. This time around, price increase and I need 1300 ft. sold before I put up the other half the money out of my pocket. Terms are $3.00 per foot on the prebuy and after that the 1200 feet remaining I will be selling at $3.50 pe ft. So you are interested send $300.00 for 100 ft. or less if you choose to just buy 75 feet. Dec 29th will be 45 days I set as a dead line for folks to participate. If with in that time i don't get 1300 sold, i am sending peoples cash back and an investor wants to partner with me to have the 2500 feet made. So the price will automatically go to $3.50 per foot. Shipping on the amount will be another $20.00 send that along now or later does not matter, your choice.
