legally they can do it if they pass a tax law enabling them to tax it 100% and please riots? people that have money in 401k are the sensible type. there won't be riots and the big ol ussa will continue the us people.

Riots I say.. People with 401k's are the type that don't trust the government with their money in the first place. If they're not willing to trust it with their money then what else don't they trust it with?

I say that sensible people ARE willing to riot against tyranny and for their money/freedoms and that it is the sheep that will do nothing.

Tony tells me that the Senate and House are already putting together a plan to take everyone's 401k and IRAs away and put them into a retirement fund for the "common good", like social security, and that people are scrambling to cash them in. Truth, or horse shit?
