    Ok your right it's not $2k, I didn't feel like doning the math. But honestly, $1200 for glass is still too much and it still has to be installed. If the owners hadn't just purchased a second location it might be doable but all the proceeds from this years haunt are going toward building the second for next year. I guess the glass isnt a priority right now.

    And Creepy, did you have to bend the poly panels to fit the curve? That is probably going to be the direction they go in.

      I have a tutorial on how to do it over in the technical section forum. No one knew my windshield wasn't glass unless they touched it. feel free to PM me if you want more info.

        Nope, it curves naturally, it's a piece of cake. Check out ryan's how-to. You also don't have to stay with poly forever either, I've been changing mine over to real glass as I find them.
