  • What do you think of this?

I recently bought a run-down 1961 Superior Limo style Endloader. It's primary function is to supply me with needed parts for my 1961 Miller Landau. But lately I have been thinking of doing this one up as a Gothic ambulance. Black and purple or black and green exterior with matching emergency light bars and underbody lighting. I'll be leaving the rollers in the back mainly because I have too many caskets and coffins to store in my garage.

    Thoughts?

Black and purple would be pretty sweet I think course that may be because I can't stand green. But sounds like you're on the right track for a pretty sweet ride. Second of all cough up one of them coffins!

      Black and green can work.

I actually build them as a sideline business, so I will never run out of them

Black and purple is my first choice because it is funeral related, and it is easier to find the lighting as well...

I know of a place where you can store atleast one of those caskets year round for free

How about doing the back as Frankenstein's laboratory? Check this guy out!

As long as you were using more of a purple instead of that pinkish color (more along the lines of the base color of Kargoyle), I think it would look good. I'd definately consider something other than painted steel rims though

Think "regular ambulance" scheme but in black and purple. The coach I would be using is a whisper from crusher bait, so it would be a far cry from what happened to that Buick... My 61 Miller will be getting the full restoration to bone-stock funeral service (with the exception of a single hidden TASTEFUL graphic) because it is worth it. I would rather than butcher her or any RESTORABLE coach, or car for that matter...

The purple I have in mind would be a bit darker, but not with the "carnival" huge metalflake that "Cargoyle" has on it. As for the rims, I actually want full moon discs, but was too lazy to 'shop them in at the time...

The interior ideas involve a semi-permenantly installed embalming pump and a prototype toepincher speaker box that I will be working on later this summer. My Miller comes first though...

Ok, so you want a regular ambulance theme, but gothic, moon discs a coffin with speakers, and black with purple?

                              I'm confused
