I don't like it but it's their right to act like complete fucks. I think they should move out anyway because it's their right not to give them their business as residents of that condo.
Either that or get a petition from the other residents with signatures. Then you know who to really fuck with if someone doesn't sign. Either it's some resident, or the condo manager is just making shit up because they're afraid it will scare away prospective new tenants.

I'm experiencing this now - my car is forbidden to be on property where I'm staying at. It's stressful enough trying to find a place to live where I can park my cars. So I'm trying to find reasonable storage and carpool in to work. I'm also considering selling one of them so I won't have to worry about storing 2 and also look at the cost of still restoring the 53.

Even though the covenants for the sub-division I live in state that I cannot have a hearse, limousine or other commercial vehicle parked in my driveway or on the street I still bought a hearse anyway. Only one person complained and I told her to get her panties out of a knot because I park the coach in the garage which IS allowed.
