The part number for 59 to 64 hearse/ambulance and 59 to 65 limo is DW0570. Tell your glass co that is what you need. A DW0569 is a standard Fleetwood windshield. They might try to tell ya that's yours.. Some places tried that on me.

As of now I'm good. I have a small crack on both sides right in the curve. Safelite tried, but both was unrepairable, so it's probably just a matter of time.

My insurance co found that windshield on there own.... amazing isn't it.. I think they said they got in from a supplier in Ca.
