i posted the walnut grove event on facebook as an event. if we get enough interest (min 3) we'll go.

The other fliers i have for car shows are either already past, or the registration is too expensive for consideration.

We are now taking suggestions for an April event.

There is a car show at the Walnut Grove High School on March 31 from 10 am till 2 pm. Also some I've went me an invite to the Import Alliance Spring Meet on April 22 from 9 am till 5 pm at Turner Field. According to a friend they have classic and muscle cars there. They said last year they had over 2800 people at the show from all over the country. Registration is $10 per car

    Hi all,

There is some confusion about the show tomorrow and the weather. Official word from the organizer is that they will reschedule if it rains. So let's just play it by ear. I will make an official call tomorrow morning by 10:00 am. Please make sure you wait to hear from me before coming over. Also, please make sure i have your cell #.

Let's not forget we have the social circle birthday show coming up on the 18th. Please try to make it out, as we were specifically asked to attend.

We will also be discussing our final arrangements for the Days of the Dead show.

    Hi all,

Please tell me if you plan to bring a hearse to the day's of the dead show. We need an official list for badges.

From what I am reading we can not do a raffle unless the proceeds are going to some form of charity.

That's a good question. I suppose it would be going to us, for us to do stuff with, like make biker gang-style jacket patches. i'll try to research it, unless one of you has time also.

What will the raffle money be going to? I think there may be some laws regarding that kind of thing.

yeah, this is just going to be us home folks here at the hearse show, so we don't want to go too overboard. just one trophy for fan's choice. David Butler is tasked out with creating it.

Here's a list of things we will need:

    car show registration forms
    fan's choice voting ballots
    a bucket to collect ballots
items to raffle (supplied by Terri Butler and Ganci)
    Raffle Tickets
A poster or fliers explaining the voting process and raffle process
A least one or two ez-ups
    a folding table or two
    all the other usual equipment.

Can anyone volunteer this stuff? I would like to have all of our plans finalized by the next meeting, which is february 18th.
