Hi all, time for another Asheville Update:

SERM is FREE for the general public and anyone who is just coming to hang out (meaning you are not officially participating in any events, including vending at the swap meet). We offer a la carte registration for both HearseScav and the car show, which is $10 for each event, payable in cash or PayPal to serm@nationalhearse.net. We WILL be accepting PayPal throughout the weekend.

Due to higher than expected t-shirt printing costs, shirts purchased on-site will be $20. Those of you who are pre-registered and requested additional shirts on your registration form will be able to purchase your additional shirts at $10 each, as promised.

On-site registration is $35. We are still accepting pre-registrations via http://www.nationalhearse.net/serm/register.html.

We will be finalizing our program Wednesday the 23rd. If you would like to be a corporate sponsor, we need your registration and payment before then if you wish to appear in the program. Corporate Sponsorships are available for $50 to those not registering a professional car at the meet, and $25 for those who are. Please PM me for additional details.

Also, please note that Pisgah Brewing, our car show venue, does NOT accept credit cards. Please plan accordingly.

As a reminder, we encourage you to bring walkie-talkies, folding tables, chairs, and tents.

Heard a juicy rumor today that prompted a call to the man himself who confirmed: Carl Woerner is attending SERM! He doesn't plan on taking parts down to vend but that doesn't mean he wouldn't bring something down arranged in advance. Awesome.

Hi all, time for another weekly update on Asheville 2014:

1) our special discount rate for hotel rooms expires on April 15th, SO BOOK YOUR ROOMS NOW IF YOU HAVE NOT DONE SO ALREADY. Also, there is a thread on the facebook invite for those wishing to share rooms.

2) We are holding a chinese auction to help raise money to support this event, so we need you to donate items. This can be anything from toys, to books, magazines, antiques, or anything halloween or procar related. The chinese auction will allow you to purchase tickets and place them in buckets for the items you wish to win. tickets are 1 for $1, 6 for $5, arm length for $10, and coach length for $20.

3) We still need vendors/sponsors. if you are interested, please private message me.

AN UPDATE:

This event is growing by the day and Advance Registrations are filling up. This is going to be one hell of a meet and we are sure that everyone will be well pleased with the turnout expected! Advance registrations are almost at a close and please take advantage of the discounted registration fee.

To the folks that have registered and have not paid, this needs to be done before April 1st. The registration fees will go up to $35 after that date. Be early, pay less!

$25 registration before April 1st, $35 after.
Onsite registrations will still be accepted at the NHAA Host Hotel.
