I know, had everything backed except my browser. my mail took the hit.

What browser do you use? Not that you need to back it up if you back up the whole drive, but it saves headaches.

Firefox & Thunderbird... both got wiped out. Firefox took all my bookmarks, and Thunderbird took my mail. had all the rest (files, folders, web page stuff, etc.) on another drive. just had to reinstall some .exe programs to get some stuff to work again.
Not a real biggy, I'm kinda use to it now. Each time I learn a little more
This time was weird, though... something happen to my boot file and I couldn't get the damn thing started - no dos, no safe mode, nothing. so screw it, just reloaded win7.
