I believe a lawsuit would be in order...or at least a well deserved ass-kicking!

Lots of photos and we have the before and after photos showing the difference and subsequent damage....so thats all good. We have submitted the complaint and sent through the photos they have asked for and now we wait.Originally posted by Boogeyman Con Carne View PostHow many pics did you take the day of the floor removal? It's the government, and if they want they can do whatever they bloody well please!Originally posted by Boogeyman Con Carne View PostAND they can't take the car from you now that it is in your posession
It's an iffy situation because they asked you to rip apart your own car. Meaning you have no one to blame but yourself. However if they did it they probably would have screwed it up even more. I still say it's their fault fully though and they should compensate somehow.

It didnt quite happen that way. WE were made to remove the back. At that stage the bumper was fine....and that was well after unloading the car. The damage has occurred after we removed the back and before we were told the car could be collected. The damage to the bumper has occurred when they have moved it around the yard using machinery to shift it when they lied and said they just pushed it around the yard by man power.Originally posted by mdeanr View Posttaking the table out wouldn't have bent the bumper. that was most likely done while they were unloading the car.
