What gives anyone the right to kill a defenseless ear of corn or a green bean just so that they can eat?

I like prime rib, with horseradish (real horseradish, not that stuff that's diluted with camel jism), and au jus. For a steak, though, I'll take a properly-aged ribeye, broiled medium rare charred. Very few broiler cooks can do it properly, but when they do, it's awesome.

I'll also take a whole lobster, fresh from the tank. A lobster cook also has to know what he's doing, but I feel sorry for people who don't eat anything but the claws, legs and tails, except for a nice, big rock lobster tail.

A good lobster or prime rib dinner in Vegas costs about a third what it does in Tucson, even away from the casinos. I dunno know why. There's a prime rib place in Vegas where you'd better order a small, because if you order a large prime rib, they practically put a whole cow on your plate. A small is about 2" thick.

Here I am making myself hungry, and the only thing open are the drive-thru greasy laxative windows.
